Right of withdrawal / cancellation policy
Consumers have a legal right of withdrawal. Below we provide information on the scope and design of this right of withdrawal.
Note: The following cancellation policy was created based on the model text provided by the legislator. In our opinion, however, this text is not clear, since according to Section 187 Paragraph 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the day on which the contract is concluded or the day on which the object of purchase is taken into possession is not included in the calculation of the cancellation period. The cancellation period therefore correctly ends 14 days after the contract is concluded or the object is taken into possession.
We would also like to point out that if you do not receive this cancellation policy when you conclude the contract, the cancellation period will only begin to run later, i.e. upon receipt of this cancellation policy.
Right of withdrawal
6.1 You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods, in the case of a contract for the delivery of goods in several partial deliveries or pieces, on the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last partial delivery or the last piece. For all of our customers who are not consumers (e.g. resellers), no right of cancellation or return within the meaning of distance selling law applies according to Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter, fax or email) of your cancellation of the contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose (this is not mandatory). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

6.4 Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notified us that you have cancelled this contract ( we will not cover the return costs ). This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
